Ways to Cope with Loss of a Loved One

In the immediate aftermath of the loss of a loved one, it can be difficult to find the strength to do much of anything. It is, however, important to remember to take care of yourself when you are grieving. Watch this helpful video for tips on ways in which you can care for your well-being in the weeks and months following a loved one’s passing.

One way to avoid mounting stress is to avoid all major non-funeral related decisions for quite some time. Remember that your friends are there for you when you need an ear to listen and try to maintain a balanced diet and get plenty of sleep so that you stay healthy and strong for the duration of your grieving period.
